"They were, like, clear when..."
They were, like, clear when they replied and kept me updated along the way, which I appreciated. There was, you know, one small delay, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was easy to follow and I felt like I knew what was going on.

"Pretty good customer service overall"
I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and customer service got back to me quickly. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but they were helpful and didn’t make the process feel complicated. One reply did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall I had a good experience with stairsupplies.com

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The order itself was fine, and everything showed up in good shape, but the shipping was slower than I expected. What bothered me more was the lack of updates, it kind of felt like I was just being brushed off while waiting. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating and average overall

Gave 4 stars. Everything I ordered showed up the way it was supposed to. Sizes were right, parts matched what I picked. Nothing missing, which was the thing I was most worried about. Shipping was a bit slower than I wanted, but the order itself was accurate and packed fine. I’d use them again if I need more stair parts.

I ended up ordering a couple parts in the wrong sizes, so I had to send them back. Support got back to me quick and walked me through the return, which was nice. There was also a small shipping issue, but they fixed it without making it a big deal. Refund came through fine too, so overall it was a smooth experiance.

"Went in smoother than expected"
I was kind of expecting these stair parts to be a headache, but they actually went in easily. The instructions were decent enough, though I did have to double-check my measurements a few times just to be safe. I almost wonder if they designed them with DIY people in mind, because it felt more manageable than I thought it would...

I was shopping for stair parts and the site was easy to figure out. The categories were clear, and I could find the sizes and options without, well, without spending forever clicking around. Checkout was simple too. I also liked that the product pages had enough details so I wasn’t left guessing. Overall, it was a good experience using the website

When I first opened it up, my immediate impression was that the packaging was just okay. Nothing was seriously damaged, but a few of the corners looked a little rough, which made it feel less polished than I expected.

"Nice quality with a tiny flaw"
Overall, I’m happy with it. The wood feels solid and well-made, and the finish looks good for the most part. I did notice one small rough spot, but it’s not a big deal and doesn’t take away much from the overall quality.
